Product Info: Like other EAS under the Myoplex line, Myoplex Original RTD has high quality protein that would supply your body the much needed amino acid for an extreme body workout. The big difference is you don’t have to go through all the trouble of preparing it because it comes in individual cans that you just keep in the fridge. The only actual work you need to do here is chill, shake and drink. Myoplex RTD comes in banana cream, chocolate fudge, cookies and cream, dark chocolate and strawberry cream.

Pros: 42 grams of protein may speak for itself but convenience is the key for Myoplex RTD. They simply take what they put on Myoplex protein supplement and made it into a ready to drink formula. It’s basically grabbing a can before walking out the door and drinking it on your way to where ever you need to be.

Cons: Convenience comes with a price and in this case, getting EAS Myoplex Original RTD is like getting the usual Myoplex protein supplement except you actually pay more for it. It could also have more preservatives than other products because since it’s ready to drink so it needs more help than dry powder to increase its shelf life.
