Whey protein is easily digested, converted and absorbed by the body which makes Monster Milk perfect for a pre-workout drink. Casein on the other hand takes a while so you’re sure you have enough protein to last and supply your body the whole day.
Cons: If you can’t top this with a very good and hardcore workout program, it won’t be advisable to take Monster Milk because all that protein and calories won’t vanish into thin air.
