Cons: This product has about 21g of protein which is a lot so if you don’t have a good work out plan then you might want to get one if you want to use this product. 38g of protein is a lot too and if your body can’t use it for energy or any other muscle building purposes it will become unnecessary fats.

Directions: For optimal digestion, add the contents of one (1) packet to 16 fl. ounces of cold water or milk and mix thoroughly in a shaker. Pros: Met-Rx Protein Plus Bars has 32g of protein and 32g of necessary carbohydrates including dietary fibers and sugar. It has 21 enhanced vitamins and minerals and has no added sucrose or fructose which are easily converted to fats.

Cons: Protein Plus Bars have necessary carbohydrates but these are still carbohydrates and the amount is almost as much as the protein content.
