Product Info: Arizona Nutritional Sciences’ PlantFusion is an allergen free, easy to digest and vegan friendly protein powder. It has complete protein but is made only of plant sources like artichoke, brown rice and peas. It is 100% natural and not genetically modified. It has a significant amount of protein which is 21 grams per serving. It comes in Chocolate, Vanilla Bean and Lightly Sweetened flavors in 1Lb and 2Lb tubs and even three-30g Sample Packs for those who wants to try it out first.
Pros: Most protein shakes and supplements are based on whey or egg albumin. Arizona Nutritional Sciences’ PlantFusion, however, is 100% plant based and Vegan friendly. It has fibers and contains an enzyme blend that makes it easy to digest and promotes maximum absorption. It is lactose and allergen free as it has no dairy, soy or animal produce. This product is recommended by most people who used it.
Cons: Being purely plant based, it’s hard to expect a drastic or fast results from taking this product. It has essential amino acids and BCAAs but the biological value of its protein isn’t as high as those taken from egg whites or milk.
Directions: Add one scoop to 8 oz of chilled water in a shaker cup or blender and mix for about 5 seconds. Drink and enjoy 1-3 shakes per day as an addition to regular meals.
